Hematology & Oncology 

• Inpatient, Clinic, & Call
  • 2 weeks per month
  • Starting in November with a 6-month-plus need into 2026
    • Week 1 - 8 hours of patient care with night call and weekend call
    • Week 2 - 8 hours of patient care, no night call
• Dates Needed (may be flexible)
  • 11/10/25 - 11/17/25
  • 11/17/25 - 11/21/25
  • 12/8/25 - 12/15/25
  • 12/15/25 - 12/19/25
  • January 2026 beyond

• Required Experience:
  • Chemotherapy
  • Blood Transfusions
  • Immunotherapy

• Will see 90% Hematology patients / 10% Oncology patients
• 12-16 patients per day
• Epic EMR

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Medical License
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology & Hematology, or Board Certified in Medical Oncology with a fellowship in Hematology
