**Opportunity Details**

- **Generous Compensation:** 
    - **Guaranteed Salary:** $660,000 + RVUs & Quality Incentives
    - **Recruitment Incentives:** Up to $150,000 (starting bonus, residency/fellowship stipend, loan assistance)
- **Structured Schedule:** Monday–Friday with dedicated clinic and surgery block time
- **Call Coverage:** 10 days/month
- **Technology:** Epic EMR system
- **Comprehensive Benefits:** Health, vision, dental, life insurance, short- & long-term disability
- **Professional Growth:** CME allowance & time off, annual stipend, technology allowance
