**Cardiac Surgery**

- 1/8/2026 - 1/18/2026
- 24 Hour Call
- Inpatient & Outpatient  
    - Will be covering 2 hospitals (Midtown & Gateway), 20 minutes apart
    - Cardiovascular ICU at Midtown has 23 beds and CV ICU at Gateway has 27 beds

- Support Staff: 3 PA's for Inpatient Work (rounding and 1st assist in cases)
- Will be supervising APP's
- Required Procedures: CABG
- Epic EMR
- Temp Privileges

**Qualifications**

- Board Certified
- 5 years of experience required
- Active Indiana Medical License and DEA
- ACLS
